Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available. Allow it to heat for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to approximately 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of edge for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded fresh mozzarella evenly on top of the ricotta layer.
  5. Arrange the prosciutto over the cheese mixture evenly.
  6. Transfer the pizza on parchment paper to the hot pizza stone or a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately drizzle hot honey over the top. Add fresh basil leaves as a finishing touch.
