- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available. Allow it to heat for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to approximately 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of edge for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded fresh mozzarella evenly on top of the ricotta layer.
- Arrange the prosciutto over the cheese mixture evenly.
- Transfer the pizza on parchment paper to the hot pizza stone or a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately drizzle hot honey over the top. Add fresh basil leaves as a finishing touch.
- Allow to cool for a minute before slicing into eight pieces and serving immediately.
