- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a half-inch border.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese all over the sauce, and add pepperoni slices if using.
- Evenly sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
- Roll the dough tightly away from you into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange the sliced pieces on the baking sheet, spaced adequately.
- Brush olive oil over the top of the breadsticks.
