Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all spice mix ingredients. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside, keeping the bacon fat in the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion, red pepper, and cauliflower. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes until the onion is soft.
  4. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of the spice mix over the vegetables, stir to coat, add water, cover, and steam for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Make four small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Sprinkle with cheese and cover, cooking for 5–7 minutes until the egg whites are set.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm, optionally crumbling bacon on top.
