Cheesecake Layer Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare springform pan with non-stick spray and parchment. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon. Gradually add cream and eggs. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 200°F and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
Spice Cake Layer Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F again. Grease cake pan. Whisk together dry ingredients in one bowl. Cream butter and sugars in another until fluffy. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into pan and bake for 15-17 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
Frosting Preparation
  1. Beat softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Pour in vanilla and add heavy whipping cream. Whip until fluffy.
Assembly
  1. Level cheesecake layer, place upside down on cake stand. Frost top with creamy frosting. Add spice cake on top, applying more frosting if desired. Trim pumpkin pie to fit on top.
Final Touches
