- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large skillet, cook the hot breakfast sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tot and sausage blend in the baking pan.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap if preparing ahead and refrigerate, or proceed to bake.
- Bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes until eggs are fully set and top is golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
