Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef and add water according to the seasoning packet instructions. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the cooked rice in a microwave-safe dish for about 1-2 minutes.
- Take a large flour tortilla, layer with seasoned beef, warm rice, shredded cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Optional: Heat a skillet and toast the wrapped burrito seam-side down for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Let the burrito cool slightly, cut in half, and serve with optional toppings.
