Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce with sambal and mix until well blended.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Thread shrimp and pineapple onto the skewers.
  3. Coat both sides of the skewers with the sauce mixture using a pastry brush.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the skewers from the grill and serve garnished with chopped parsley and lime wedges.
