Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper. Toss with soy sauce and marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add marinated steak and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, and splash of reserved pasta water. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet, combining thoroughly with the sauce, adding more reserved pasta water as needed.
  7. Return the seared steak to the skillet and gently mix with pasta and sauce, cooking for another minute.
  8. Plate the pasta, garnish with sesame seeds and fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
