  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt or regular table salt

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter and brown sugar. Heat over medium until boiling for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Pour the bubbling mixture evenly over the arranged saltine crackers and bake for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the hot toffee and allow to melt for about 5 minutes.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
  7. Dust a pinch of sea salt over the chocolate layer right after sprinkling the sugar-cinnamon mix.
  8. Let the toffee cool for about 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
  9. Serve in a colorful bowl and enjoy!
