Ingredients

For the Base
  • 1 medium Fresh Pineapple Should be ripe for optimal sweetness and tropical flavor.
  • 2 cups Sliced Strawberries Use fresh for the best taste and to enhance the vibrant colors.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Sweeten as necessary; skip if your pineapple is sweet enough.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon A light dusting brings warmth and spice for an extra flavor kick.

Equipment

  • High-Powered Blender
  • Ninja Creami
  • Airtight container

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by chopping the ripe pineapple into chunks and slicing the strawberries. In a high-powered blender, combine these fresh fruits until you achieve a smooth purée. If desired, add honey for extra sweetness before blending again.
  2. Once your mixture is blended, pour the vibrant fruit purée into a Ninja Creami pint container. Seal the lid tightly and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. After the mixture is fully frozen, remove it from the freezer. Place the pint in the Ninja Creami and select the Sorbet setting. Let the machine spin for about 1 minute, stopping halfway to scrape the sides with a spatula, then spin again. Repeat 2-3 times until creamy.
  4. Serve by scooping generous portions into bowls and drizzle honey on top for added sweetness. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon for warmth.
