  3. Add diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro to the corn. Mix gently to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir in minced garlic, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and toss gently to combine, ensuring even coating.
