  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil Garnish just before serving.

  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze Homemade balsamic reduction can also be an option.

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Brush on the baguette slices.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush both sides of each baguette slice generously with olive oil and toast in the oven for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add ricotta cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix until smooth.
  4. Wash and slice the strawberries into small pieces.
  5. Spread a generous spoonful of the ricotta mixture on each baguette slice.
  6. Gently place the chopped strawberries on top of the ricotta.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled bruschetta.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve immediately.
