- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush both sides of each baguette slice generously with olive oil and toast in the oven for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, add ricotta cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix until smooth.
- Wash and slice the strawberries into small pieces.
- Spread a generous spoonful of the ricotta mixture on each baguette slice.
- Gently place the chopped strawberries on top of the ricotta.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled bruschetta.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve immediately.
