- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and separate into triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place a mound of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end towards the pointed end, pinching seams to seal.
- Place the rolled hats on the baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- After baking, cool for 5 minutes and gently press candy corn on top of each hat while still warm.
