Ingredients
  

For the Skull Skewers
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Ciligiene Drained and shaped into skulls
  • 12 pcs Cherry Tomatoes
  • 12 pcs Basil Leaves Folded
For the Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • Silicone skull molds
  • Baking sheet
  • colander
  • Bamboo skewers
  • small bowl

Method
 

Steps to Prepare Skewers
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and drain the mozzarella balls in a colander for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Brush silicone skull molds with olive oil and fill them with drained mozzarella balls. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, press mozzarella into shapes with a paper towel, then chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Gently remove mozzarella skulls from molds and thread onto bamboo skewers with basil and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl for drizzling. Serve skewers fresh.
