Steps to Prepare Skewers
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and drain the mozzarella balls in a colander for at least 10 minutes.
- Brush silicone skull molds with olive oil and fill them with drained mozzarella balls. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from oven, press mozzarella into shapes with a paper towel, then chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Gently remove mozzarella skulls from molds and thread onto bamboo skewers with basil and cherry tomatoes.
- Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl for drizzling. Serve skewers fresh.
