For the Filling
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach Thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 large Egg Separated
For the Dough
  • 1 package Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the thawed chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and the egg yolk. Mix until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles. Optionally cut each triangle in half.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the spinach mixture at the wide end of each triangle and fold the edges to seal.
  5. Beat the reserved egg white until frothy and brush it over each filled crescent roll.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and enjoy the aroma.
