Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the thawed chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and the egg yolk. Mix until creamy.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles. Optionally cut each triangle in half.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the spinach mixture at the wide end of each triangle and fold the edges to seal.
- Beat the reserved egg white until frothy and brush it over each filled crescent roll.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and enjoy the aroma.
