Caramel Filling
  • 1 cup Chewy Caramels cut into small pieces
Topping
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt for sprinkling

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chewy caramel pieces until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, allowing space between each scoop.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie mound.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden brown.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
