Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the meat. Set aside for a few minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Take the small flour tortillas and place them on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned chicken mixture onto the back of each tortilla, pressing down firmly to ensure the chicken sticks.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of avocado oil. Allow the oil to warm for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
- Carefully place the prepared tortillas, chicken side down, into the hot skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes without disturbing them.
- Using tongs, gently flip the tortillas to crisp the other side. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, watching closely for a nice golden color.
- Remove the tacos from the skillet and place them on a serving plate. Top each taco with fresh romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add bacon bits or other toppings as desired.
- Fold each taco in half and serve immediately, with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.

Notes
Ensure skillet is hot before cooking to achieve a crispy texture. Use a skillet or air fryer for reheating leftovers to maintain texture.
