Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined and form into eight equal balls.
  2. Preheat your grill or large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Brush the cooking surface with olive oil. Place the beef balls on the grill or skillet and smash them down into flat patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the cooked patties from the grill or skillet and set aside on a warm plate.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter.
  6. Assemble the quesadilla by sprinkling cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on one half of the tortilla, adding two beef patties, onions, pickles, and tomatoes, and topping with more cheese.
  7. Fold the tortilla over and grill for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
  8. Flip the quesadilla and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  9. Transfer to a cutting board, cool slightly, slice, and serve with lettuce, ketchup, and mustard.
