Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined and form into eight equal balls.
- Preheat your grill or large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Brush the cooking surface with olive oil. Place the beef balls on the grill or skillet and smash them down into flat patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the cooked patties from the grill or skillet and set aside on a warm plate.
- Reduce heat to medium and brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter.
- Assemble the quesadilla by sprinkling cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on one half of the tortilla, adding two beef patties, onions, pickles, and tomatoes, and topping with more cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and grill for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
- Flip the quesadilla and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Transfer to a cutting board, cool slightly, slice, and serve with lettuce, ketchup, and mustard.
