  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice lime juice can be used for a different flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder fresh minced garlic can be used for stronger flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning any seafood seasoning blend can be used

For the Biscuit Base
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough homemade can also be used
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Place them on a lined baking sheet with space in between.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Scoop the seafood mixture onto the center of each biscuit, distributing evenly without overfilling.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Serve warm alongside a fresh salad or your favorite drink.
