Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread the seasoned chicken breasts on the sheet pan. Add mixed vegetables around the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and vegetables are tender.
  5. While baking, mix Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and chopped herbs in a bowl.
  6. During the last 5 minutes, warm the pitas in the oven.
  7. Remove from oven, let chicken rest for 3-5 minutes, slice it, and stuff into pitas with veggies and dressing.
