Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop about a cup of scallions, separating the white and green parts.

  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the white parts of the scallions and fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour the hot oil over the sauce mixture to infuse the flavors.
  6. Bring a pot of water to boil, add the wheat noodles, and cook as per package instructions.
