  3. Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Cook the Salmon: Place fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until opaque.
