Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Place the patties in the skillet, ensuring space between them.
  3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then carefully flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Whisk together brown gravy mix and hot water in a separate bowl. Stir in an extra tablespoon of ketchup and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour the gravy over the cooked patties and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
