Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil and sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  3. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Pour into the pan and stir for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
