Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and egg. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until just combined.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into meatballs about one inch in diameter. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs bake, prepare the Spicy Mayo Dip by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and soy sauce until smooth.
  6. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top of the dip.
