- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and egg. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until just combined.
