  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Or regular paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Or fresh thyme

  • optional pinch Red Chili Flakes For heat
For Garnish
  • handful Fresh Parsley Chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat and let it warm for about 1 minute.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. Stir for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  3. Add 2 diced potatoes and 1 chopped bell pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
  4. Push vegetables to the side and add 1 pound of ground turkey. Cook for 5-7 minutes until thoroughly browned.
  5. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, salt, pepper, and optional red chili flakes. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot.
