Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin recommended
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce your favorite brand
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese for melting
For Assembly
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon crispy
  • 4 brioche buns brioche buns lightly toasted
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened, for toasting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Pour garlic parmesan sauce over chicken and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Stir to coat and allow cheese to melt slightly.
  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Spread softened butter on the insides of brioche buns and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  7. Assemble sandwiches by adding the garlic parmesan chicken to each toasted bun, topping with bacon and parsley. Serve warm.
