  • 1 pound Baby Bella Mushrooms Substitution: White button mushrooms for a milder flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic Freshly minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Note: gluten-free soy sauce can be used.
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly cracked.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped.

Preparation
  1. Begin by gently wiping the baby bella mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Trim the stems while keeping the mushrooms whole.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until it starts to bubble gently.
  3. Add 3 minced garlic cloves to the melted butter, cooking for about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the prepared baby bella mushrooms, allowing them to cook for 7-9 minutes.
  5. Pour in 1 tablespoon each of Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, followed by freshly cracked black pepper.
  6. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Just before serving, toss in 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley.
  8. Transfer the Cowboy Mushrooms directly from the skillet to your serving dish and serve hot.
