Preparation
- Begin by gently wiping the baby bella mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Trim the stems while keeping the mushrooms whole.
- In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until it starts to bubble gently.
- Add 3 minced garlic cloves to the melted butter, cooking for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the prepared baby bella mushrooms, allowing them to cook for 7-9 minutes.
- Pour in 1 tablespoon each of Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, followed by freshly cracked black pepper.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Just before serving, toss in 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley.
- Transfer the Cowboy Mushrooms directly from the skillet to your serving dish and serve hot.
