- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust spice level with more sriracha if desired.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
