Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Salmon
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust spice level with more sriracha if desired.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  3. Preheat broiler to high, position the oven rack 6 inches from the broiler. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the wire rack and broil for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
  4. Transfer the broiled salmon to serving plates and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top. Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
