  • 0.5 cup heavy cream Coconut cream can be substituted.

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill Chopped; can substitute with chives or cilantro.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté an additional minced garlic for 1 minute. Whisk in yogurt and heavy cream, cooking gently to prevent curdling.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
