Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cubed butternut squash and diced apples with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  3. Slice ciabatta bread into thick pieces and toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy.
  4. Spread goat cheese on each toasted ciabatta slice.
  5. Spoon the roasted mixture onto the goat cheese-covered ciabatta slices and add pecans and cranberries on top.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  7. Serve warm on a festive platter.
