Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare the pie crust in a pie plate.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Add onions, garlic, and carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously. Season and simmer for about 5 minutes until thick.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust, place the top crust, seal edges, and cut slits for steam.
