Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add breakfast sausage links and cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet, chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Whisk together 4 large eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring gently until fluffy.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese on each triangle and roll up, sealing the edges.
  4. Arrange roll-ups on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Monitor during the last few minutes for perfect crispiness.
  5. Allow roll-ups to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. These can be enjoyed with fresh fruit or salsa.
