  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil For frying
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice Can substitute with brown rice or quinoa
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Cucumber
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Optional garnish
For the Spicy Mayo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with non-fat mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust to taste

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until blended and coat chicken pieces with the mixture.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken pieces for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  3. While chicken fries, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Assemble bowls with jasmine rice, topped with crispy chicken, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
  5. Drizzle with spicy mayo sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
