- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed, then add all-purpose flour and mix until crumbly.
- Press about two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, toss sliced apples with ground cinnamon and nutmeg, then spread the apple mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce generously over the apples.
- Crumble the remaining mixture over the caramel-soaked apples.
