Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 2 cloves of minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add 10 ounces of fresh spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Drain excess moisture.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine drained spinach, 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of breadcrumbs over the top. Mix in some Parmesan cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
