- Start by brewing 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using high-quality loose flowers or tea bags. Boil water and steep for about 5 minutes. Remove tea bag or strain flowers and let cool to room temperature.
- While the tea cools, peel and slice a ripe banana with brown spots. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 cup of milk. Add ice cubes if desired.
- Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice.

Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container for up to 24 hours; shake or stir before re-enjoying. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Add garnishes just before serving.
