  • 1/2 cup Chamomile Tea high-quality loose flowers or tea bags
  • 1 large Banana ripe with brown spots
  • 1 tablespoon Honey raw or organic
  • 1/2 cup Milk your choice of dairy or plant-based
  • optional Ice Cubes
For Garnishing
  • to taste Dried Chamomile Leaves for aesthetic and fragrance

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by brewing 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using high-quality loose flowers or tea bags. Boil water and steep for about 5 minutes. Remove tea bag or strain flowers and let cool to room temperature.
  2. While the tea cools, peel and slice a ripe banana with brown spots. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, combine cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 cup of milk. Add ice cubes if desired.
  4. Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice.
