Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill the glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine fresh raspberries with simple syrup and muddle until pulpy.
  3. Add gin, lemon juice, and egg white to the shaker with muddled raspberries.
  4. Seal the shaker and perform a dry shake for about 15 seconds.
  5. Add ice to fill the shaker halfway and shake again for 15-20 seconds.
  6. Double strain the cocktail into the chilled glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  7. Garnish with whole raspberries or a lemon twist and serve.
