  • 8 oz Rotini Pasta or substitute with penne or bowtie pasta

  • 3 oz Pepperoni or substitute with any deli meats
  • 3 oz Salami or substitute with any deli meats

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes or substitute with diced regular tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives or omit if desired
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (Orange & Green) or substitute with any color bell pepper or cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion or substitute with green onions or shallots
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini or substitute with banana peppers
For the Creaminess
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Pearls or substitute with cubed mozzarella
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Homemade Italian Dressing or substitute with store-bought if short on time

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl while still warm.
  2. Dress the Pasta: Pour half of the homemade Italian dressing over the warm rotini and toss gently to coat evenly.
  3. Add the Ingredients: Fold in the pepperoni, salami, cherry tomatoes, black olives, bell peppers, red onion, pepperoncini, and mozzarella pearls into the pasta mixture.
  4. Chill the Salad: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Final Toss: Before serving, give the salad a good toss and drizzle the remaining dressing over the top.
