Cooking Steps

  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 125°F.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Remove the cooked salmon from the skillet, let it rest for 1 minute, then drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions.
