Method
 

Cheese Ball Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, then blend with shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Scoop the cheese mixture onto plastic wrap, fold the wrap over, and shape it into a ball, securing it tightly.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or in the freezer for 30-40 minutes until firm.
  4. Unwrap the cheese ball, dust lightly with smoked paprika, and insert a small bell pepper stem for decoration.
  5. Serve on a platter with dippers like crackers, veggies, or apple slices.
