Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your electric griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat to around 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup of light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
