Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Cream together ¾ cup of sugar and 2 large eggs until pale and fluffy, then mix in ½ cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of almond extract.
