For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter version

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw the frozen peas at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes or rinse under cool water for 1-2 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, fold together peas, cheddar, red onion, hard-boiled eggs, and bacon bits.
  4. Pour dressing over the pea mixture and fold until coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
