Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic until smooth. Add oregano, salt, black pepper, and optional cumin; mix until well combined.
  2. Coat the chicken tenders thoroughly with the marinade. Transfer to a dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, a skillet over medium heat, or oven to 400°F.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) for grilling/pan-searing, or bake for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with parsley or dill before serving with your favorite sides.
