  1. Prepare the spice mixture by pounding coriander roots, black peppercorns, and garlic until a fine paste forms; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine golden mountain sauce, white sugar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Stir in ground pork, beaten egg, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Add the crushed spice mixture, diced vegetables (carrots and green onions) into the filling, folding gently to distribute evenly.
  4. Shape dumplings by placing a tablespoon of filling in the center of a wrapper, moistening and sealing the edges.
  5. Steam the dumplings in a steamer for about 10 minutes or until wrappers are translucent and filling is cooked through.
