  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping halves connected, and place the bottom half in the greased dish.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Mix garlic powder and parsley into the softened butter, then spread it over the top half of the rolls.
  5. Place the buttery top half over the cheese-covered bottom half and press down gently.
