  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic

  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain fat, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheese until melted.
  3. Roll out biscuit dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares large enough to hold filling. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each square.
  4. Fold edges of dough over filling, pinching to seal. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet, spaced about an inch apart.
  5. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush generously over each bomb.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving warm.
