Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking oil.
  2. Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in minced garlic and Italian herbs to create garlic butter.
