- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking oil.
- Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked.

- Spread garlic butter on garlic bread, layer sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese, then top with another slice of garlic bread.
