Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten each to about 1/4 inch thick, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden brown and tops appear dry.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
